Production Department Responsible

Humangest Spa, Thiene branch, is looking for a Production Process Responsible to be inserted within an enterprise operating in the jewelry and goldsmithing sector, located in Caldogno (VI). Required qualifications: - Previous experience in the jewelry or metalworking sector, preferably in contexts of fusion, laminating, drawing, and stamping; - Knowledge of machinery and die setting operations; - Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and responsibility in managing production processes; - Good will, flexibility, and ability to work as a team; - Availability to travel daily to the office using personal transportation. Responsibilities: - Supervision and coordination of production processes for the fusion and laminating department; - Fusion of metal and management of semi-finished products exiting; - Laminating, drawing, and stamping of metal; - Setting up machinery and dies for various production lines; - Management and control of the chain machine and other machines in the department; - Ensure compliance with quality standards and workplace safety. Working hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 7:30 – 16:00. Employment contract type: • Metalworking Industry Collective Bargaining Agreement, level to be defined based on the candidate's experience.
