Grocery Department Manager
Job description
For our Novara store, we are looking for a Grocery Department Manager who will ensure the daily operation of the department and achieve the assigned sales, productivity, and profitability objectives.
The main responsibilities will be:
- Autonomous management of the Grocery department;
- Management of the departmental profit and loss statement;
- Cost and budget control;
- Achievement of assigned KPIs;
- Coordination and training of your team;
- Planning of the workgroup's shifts;
- Order management and supervision;
- Care for the assortment and display of products;
Organizational skills, problem-solving abilities, customer orientation, a motivating and engaging leadership style, concrete motivation for learning, and significant data analysis skills are required.
Previous experience in responsible roles in the Large-Scale Retail sector and in-depth technical knowledge of the products handled are necessary.
We offer:
- Fixed-term employment contract for a duration of 12 months, full-time at 40 hours per week. Employment is aimed at the subsequent stabilization of the employment relationship on an indefinite basis.
- Positioning: 2nd Level of the CCNL for employees of cooperative distribution companies
- Gross annual salary between € 34,000 - € 37,000
- Incentive systems: Structured annual MBO system, with a maximum achievable bonus equal to 21% of the fixed component, upon achievement of the assigned targets
The salary will be determined based on the following criteria:
- Years of experience in the role
- Technical and managerial knowledge acquired
- Previous training
