Sindacal Relations Responsible

Orienta SpA - Benefit Company, Venice-Mestre branch, is seeking a Sindacal Relations Responsible for an industry association operating in the logistics sector with offices near Mestre (VE). MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: - Management and coordination of labor union relations between associated companies and worker representatives; - Support and conduct collective bargaining at the 2nd level; - Monitoring and application of sector regulations; - Management of procedures related to Article 411 of the CCNL and company agreements; - Organization and participation in labor union meetings, technical tables, and meetings with labor union and company representatives; - Analysis and resolution of workplace and labor union problems and controversies; - Reporting and internal communication on labor union relations and contract developments. The resource will be accompanied by a senior figure for the first period to facilitate training and growth. REQUIREMENTS: - Bachelor's degree in Law and/or Labor Consultant; - Previous experience in Sindacal Relations, preferably gained in the logistics sector; - Excellent relational and communicative skills; - Precision and problem-solving skills.
