Point of Sale Responsible

Tempus Italia spa, a leading agency in personnel selection, is urgently seeking a Point of Sale Responsible for a primary client company operating in the GDO/supermarkets sector. The responsibilities of the point of sale responsible include: - Operational and Commercial Management: - Apply corporate directives and respect safety and hygiene regulations. - Receive, control, and manage merchandise stock. - Organize and participate in product unloading. - Ensure daily quality control of products and monitoring of expiration dates. - Take care of promotional setup and teardown activities. - Organize inventory activities. - Manage customer complaints. - Ensure compliance with daily and monthly accounting procedures, including closing and opening of cash registers. - Organize work for cashiers and sales staff based on customer flow. - Organize and participate in cleaning of departments and premises. - Team Management and Goal Achievement: - Be a reference point for the team in the absence of the director and help coordinate resources by assigning tasks, motivating the team to achieve goals, and managing shifts. - Train new collaborators and ensure adequate training for all. - Control organization, product replenishment, and identify strategies to maximize sales. - Customer Orientation: - Assist customers from welcome to administrative processing of returns, ensuring a positive shopping experience. Fundamental is multi-year experience in this role. Full-time work schedule on rotating days off from Monday to Sunday. The job will be carried out at multiple PVs from Laigueglia to Imperia (the candidate will be responsible for the PVs closest to their residence).
