Job description
We are looking for a Production Programming Manager Office responsible with experience and passion for organizing and optimizing production orders in production departments. Main responsibilities: Planning and managing production line activities to ensure efficiency and respect of deadlines. Optimizing resources and workflows by monitoring production lines and resolving any critical issues. Collaboration with teams of production planners, quality control inspectors, and other stakeholders to ensure the smooth operation of production processes. Developing and implementing process improvements to increase productivity and reduce waste. Analyzing and interpreting data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Providing technical guidance and support to production staff. Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Maintaining accurate records and reports on production activities and performance metrics. Identifying and addressing potential risks and opportunities for improvement. Developing and maintaining relationships with suppliers, customers, and other stakeholders. Providing input to the development of new products and processes. Participating in cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements. Ensuring that all work is performed in accordance with company policies and procedures.
