Production Manager

Seltis Hub division dedicated to research and selection of Middle and Top Management profiles is seeking a Production Manager for a historic metal-mechanical company in the province of Pisa. The figure will be the critical link between the General Management and workshop operations. The mission of the role will be to ensure maximum efficiency of production flows, ensuring compliance with delivery times and quality standards. Main responsibilities: Planning and organization of production processes; coordination with suppliers and logistics providers; monitoring and control of production costs; management of production planning and scheduling; guaranteeing the respect of deadlines and quality standards. The ideal candidate should have a degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent, 5-7 years of experience in production management, knowledge of lean manufacturing principles, and proficiency in MS Office.
