Operational Manager - Real Estate FR/ALL

For our partner, a recognized and rapidly growing company active in real estate management and internal porterage service, we are looking for an Operational Manager to lead and develop the porterage activity on multiple sites in Switzerland. This position is particularly aimed at professionals from the real estate sector (property managers, senior property assistants, technical managers, etc.) who wish to evolve towards a more managerial function, valuing their exceptional experience and skills in the field of real estate management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate, with a focus on porterage services, and will be able to develop and implement effective strategies for managing multiple sites. The successful candidate will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. In addition, they will have a strong understanding of the Swiss real estate market and its regulations.
