Strategic Marketing Manager

Position: Strategic Marketing Manager (Luxury Furnishings Sector) Work Location: Milan Employment: Permanent contract, Direct Hiring. On behalf of a prestigious Italian brand, a leader in the production and commercialization of high-end design furniture and accessories, targeting a premium and ultra-high net worth international clientele, we are looking for a Strategic Marketing Manager. The selected candidate will be responsible for defining and implementing the entire brand and marketing strategy globally, ensuring a positioning consistent with the luxury and exclusivity segment. Key Responsibilities: - Brand and Positioning Strategy: Define the vision, strategy, and narrative of the brand to strengthen the image of luxury and exclusivity in the global market. - Luxury Campaign Management: Plan and coordinate communication campaigns (digital and traditional) in line with luxury standards (exclusive events, international trade fairs like the Salone del Mobile, high-profile collaborations). - Development of Exclusive Content: Oversee the creation of content (catalogs, videos, social media) that reflects the craftsmanship and superior design of the product, targeting high net worth clients. - Luxury Digital Marketing: Manage online positioning, SEO/SEM strategies, and social channels with a focus on generating qualified leads and building relationships with renowned designers and architects. - Market Analysis: Monitor luxury sector trends, competitor activities, and the dynamics of international markets (USA, Middle East, Asia) to adapt and optimize strategies. Contract and Compensation (Milan Market Range): The salary and overall package will be commensurate with the experience gained in the specific luxury sector and the ability to manage complex budgets. Type of Contract Direct Permanent Employment Gross Annual Salary (GAS) € 55,000 – € 80,000 Incentive System: Annual bonus linked to the achievement of strategic KPIs (e.g. Brand Awareness, Qualified Lead Generation). Up to 10-15% of the GAS. Ideal Requirements - Previous experience of at least 5 years in Strategic Marketing or Marketing Management roles, preferably in companies in the Furniture, Interior Design or Fashion/Luxury sectors. - Excellent proficiency in English (essential for foreign markets). - Strong aesthetic sensibility and deep knowledge of the dynamics of the Ultra-High Net Worth (HNWI) clientele.
