MAINTENANCE RESPONSIBLE

e-work SpA, based in Bergamo, selects a MAINTENANCE RESPONSIBLE for an important automotive leader company located in Rezzato (Bs). The resource will be inserted within the production plant and will have the responsibility of managing and coordinating a team composed of 12 maintenance technicians. The figure is an operational person, concrete, with solid experience on site, able to provide technical support and practical advice directly on machines when necessary. Main responsibilities: - Coordinating and organizing shifts for the maintenance team (while maintaining a daily working schedule); - Constant supervision of the production department and direct monitoring of activities; - Managing preventive, ordinary, and extraordinary maintenance on a wide range of machines, including numerous CNC units and robots; - Monitoring and organizing spare parts storage to ensure operational continuity and minimize downtime; - Continuous collaboration with the Plant Manager, to whom the figure will report directly; - Availability for any technical emergencies outside working hours. Required qualifications: - Previous experience in the role of Maintenance Responsible or Coordinator, preferably in structured industrial contexts; - Technical skills on automated systems and CNC/robotized machines; - Electrical-mechanical skills; - Knowledge of PLC; - Autonomy in planning and managing preventive maintenance; - Leadership, problem-solving, and operational organization capabilities; - Availability to be on call for important or unexpected breakdowns; - Residence in the Rezzato area and surrounding areas.
