Atempo SpA Agenzia per il Lavoro is seeking a/une: Industrial Automation and Maintenance Responsible for a leading food industry client. Job description: The resource will coordinate the maintenance department of the production plant and be responsible for: - Coordinating a team of mechanical and electrical maintenance technicians on shifts (15-20 resources) - Planning and managing preventive and predictive maintenance on 10 highly automated production lines - Managing the annual maintenance budget (personnel, spare parts, external services, investments) - Monitoring KPIs of efficiency (OEE, MTBF, MTTR) and implementing continuous improvement actions - Coordinating automation, digitalization, and Industry 4.0 projects - Managing inventory of spare parts and negotiating contracts with suppliers - Ensuring compliance with current regulations (ATEX, Machinery Directive, BRC/IFS) - Coordinating periodic mandatory checks and updating technical documentation - Interfacing with Production Direction for optimization of scheduled downtime - Ensuring respect for safety and hygiene regulations (HACCP) Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Management) or Technical Diploma with consolidated experience - Minimum 5-7 years of experience in industrial maintenance coordination at high automation levels - Experience in the food industry constitutes a preferred title - Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic systems, and automation (PLC, SCADA) - Advanced use of CMMS systems (SAP PM, Ultimo, Maximo or similar) - Strong leadership and team management capabilities Work location: Savigliano (CN) Working hours: full-time daily Employment contract: open-ended contract with direct hiring by the company This announcement is addressed to candidates in accordance with Article 27, D.Lgs. 198/2006.
