MAINTENANCE RESPONSIBLE

Direzione Lavoro Group Direzione Lavoro Group S.P.A. (Aut. Min. 01 del 21/01/19), divisione Permanent, is seeking for an important reality a: MAINTENANCE RESPONSIBLE. The person will have the task of coordinating and organizing maintenance activities for ordinary and extraordinary repairs of production facilities and packaging lines. The resource will ensure full efficiency and availability of machinery, guaranteeing continuity of production and respect for safety, quality, and hygiene standards. Main responsibilities - Plan and coordinate preventive, corrective, and extraordinary maintenance interventions; - Manage a team of maintenance technicians and external suppliers; - Define the priorities of intervention based on productive needs; - Monitor maintenance costs and optimize resources and downtime; - Analyze causes of failures and propose continuous improvement plans. Required qualifications - Diploma or degree in technical field (mechanical, electrical, industrial, or similar) - Previous experience as Maintenance Responsible or Technical Coordinator - Knowledge of maintenance principles - Ability to manage, plan, and coordinate technical resources - Good organizational, analytical, and relational skills - Knowledge of software for maintenance management - Attitude to problem-solving and strategic planning.
