Ali Lavoro S.p.A., on behalf of a multinational brand operating in the logistics sector, is seeking 1 WAREHOUSE RESPONSIBLE for the Massa Marittima (Grosseto) site. The resource will manage operational resources in the warehouse and be a crucial point of reference, acting as a liaison between warehouse operations and offices. The resource will be responsible for: - Warehouse Management and Coordination: - Supervise correct warehouse management, vehicles, and procedures for product entry/exit - Manage inventory of consumable materials, tools, and spare parts for classic products - Perform product check-in and check-out - Monitor costs and budget for each single vehicle - Maintenance and Operations: - Organize and coordinate operational personnel for new product assembly - Carry out, organize, and coordinate ordinary and extraordinary maintenance of products - Personnel Coordination: - Provide guidance and coordinate operational personnel according to the company's specific needs - Support and coordinate a team of two warehouse workers, constantly interfacing with offices. Ideal Profile: We are looking for a humble and available person, with a strong predisposition to practical work and coordination. It is essential to be able to supervise operational activities while maintaining constant contact with the logistics and administrative part. Previous experience in the role or similar positions is considered a plus. Requirements: - Experience as a warehouse worker and autonomy in the role - Excellent digital skills and use of spreadsheets (e.g., Excel) - Excellent relational, organizational, and teamwork skills - Proactivity, dynamism, and reliability - B driving license Work schedule: full-time, Monday to Friday 09:00-13:00, 14:00-18:00. Request for availability one Saturday a month from 09:00 to 13:00. Initial contract of fixed-term employment with prospect of direct insertion into indefinite employment.
