Boutique Roma Our client, a long-established tailor's workshop, a reference point in Rome for quality, elegance, and made-to-measure service, is looking for a Responsible Made to Measure: a figure capable of combining sartorial expertise, commercial sensitivity, and impeccable customer service. Responsibilities The figure will be responsible for the following activities: - Managing the entire Made to Measure service, welcoming the client and guiding them in choosing fabrics, models, and personalizations. - Conducting measurements and fittings with precision and professionalism. - Coordinating with tailoring, production, and central offices to ensure quality, punctuality, and correctness of orders. - Monitoring the progress of garments and organizing trials and final delivery. - Promoting the MTM service within the boutique, contributing to business development and customer loyalty. Profile Candidates will be considered who possess the following requirements: - At least 3-5 years of experience in similar roles in the luxury, menswear, or tailoring sector. - Excellent knowledge of measurements, fittings, fabrics, and modeling. - Outstanding interpersonal skills and a focus on excellence in service. - Precision, organization, and strong attention to detail. - Ability to work towards objectives and manage multiple orders simultaneously. - Good knowledge of English; knowledge of other languages is a plus. - Passion for the world of tailoring and luxury retail. #LI-FF2 "Candidates are invited to read the privacy information consultable below the form of request data on the job application page (Regulation EU n. 2016/679)?
