IT Manager

LHH is collaborating with a major company in Verona (approximately 200 employees, turnover 70-80 million). We are looking for an IT Manager. Responsibilities The resource, head of a team of 3-4 people, will assume full responsibility for the management, maintenance, and innovation of corporate information systems to support business and organizational objectives. Specifically, it will have the following responsibilities: - Governance of the IT Team, maintenance and development of the service model for other departments according to a Business Partnering approach; - Management of the entire corporate IT infrastructure (hardware, network infrastructure, software, fixed/mobile telephony), ensuring correct functioning, maintenance, and technological development; - Oversight of cybersecurity issues and related implementation activities; - Guidance, in collaboration with various company functions, of digital transformation processes; - Collection of business needs and interface with suppliers for the development of improvements according to specific requirements; - Emergency Governance in case of 'Main Incident' IT; - Management of relationships and commercial negotiation with strategic ICT service providers, subsequent monitoring of contractual obligations, service levels, and invoices; - Periodic evaluation of the ICT supplier portfolio and scouting of alternative suppliers; - Formulation and management of the annual IT budget (CapEx and OpEx) ensuring constant cost optimization; - Provision to internal clients of optimal tools for data and information management, preventing redundancy; - Drafting of guidelines, protocols, and functional procedures; - Periodic monitoring of the IT Department's service level compared to internal customers' expectations and drafting of improvement programs if necessary. Profile - Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science; - Experience in the role of at least five years; - Proven experience in managing IT teams at industrial or commercial companies and managing complex digital transformation projects; - Experience in developing systems and applications supporting sales and logistics areas. - Skills on network architectures, system integration, database management, and security; - Experience in implementing and managing ERP and main departmental software (CRM, HR Tools, WMS, BI etc.); - Ability to prepare technical feasibility studies and cost-benefit evaluations for new IT projects; - Ability to relate technically and managerially with various internal and external stakeholders; - Good knowledge of company processes (purchases, logistics, administration, sales, management).
