E-commerce Order Management Responsible (ON-SITE)

Job description

We are looking for bright and dynamic people who want to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for managing online orders and handling the main tasks related to e-commerce. The main activities of the resource are as follows: • order management upon arrival: from validation, invoicing to creating the necessary documentation for European and extra-European shipments; • return and refund management; • complaint and dispute resolution management; • management of customer service requests; • coordination with logistics providers; • monitoring and control of order fulfillment; • analysis and reporting on e-commerce performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in e-commerce, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently.
