We are looking for a resource to be inserted with the role of

Training Responsible, belonging to protected categories L.68/99.
The resource will have the task of planning, organizing and managing all company training activities, ensuring that employees acquire the necessary skills to achieve business objectives.

The resource will have the following duties and responsibilities:

Planning of company training activities for personnel.
Identification of training needs in collaboration with various departments.
Organization and management of training courses (both internal and external).
Monitoring of training activity results and evaluation of effectiveness.
Management of the budget allocated to training and monitoring of costs.
Support in creating educational materials and managing e-learning platforms.
Coordination with external training providers and consultants.

The ideal resource has the following requirements:

Prior experience in managing company training.
Excellent planning skills for training programs.
Able to work with teams and diverse resources.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Knowledge of digital training tools and LMS platforms.
Knowledge of the English language.
