Digital Transformation & Innovation Manager

We are looking for an Digital Transformation & Innovation Manager with experience in defining and implementing digital transformation paths for enterprise clients and Public Administration. The role will be responsible for connecting business objectives, operational processes, and emerging technologies, driving the adoption of innovative solutions capable of generating efficiency, value, and sustainable organizational change.

Main Responsibilities:

• Define digital transformation roadmaps in collaboration with C-Level and business stakeholders.
• Analyze existing organizational models, processes, and systems, identifying areas for evolution and automation.
• Design innovation initiatives based on AI, cloud, IoT, automation, data platforms, and new technologies.
• Evaluate feasibility, operational impact, return on investment, and prioritization of digital initiatives.
• Lead change management and technology adoption programs.
• Collaborate with technical, commercial, and delivery teams to transform ideas into feasible projects.

Technical Skills:

• Digital strategy, IT governance, innovation management, and change management.
• Process analysis, business process reengineering, and automation design.
• Knowledge of AI, cloud, IoT, data analytics, digital platforms, and emerging technologies.
• Business cases, technology roadmaps, digital maturity assessments, and operating models.
• Experience in enterprise contexts, Public Administration, or complex organizations.

Soft Skills

• Strategic vision and ability to connect technology, processes, and business value.
• Leadership in change and ability to influence complex stakeholders.
