Showroom Manager

Adecco Italia Spa is seeking a professional figure to fill the role of Showroom Manager at a company operating in the production of doors and windows, located in Bolzano. The selected resource will be responsible for managing the showroom, an open environment accessible to the public, performing activities such as welcoming and consulting both private individuals interested in replacing door and window frames and entrepreneurs and commercial partners who require support for construction sites. Responsibilities: Welcoming and consulting customers; organizing and coordinating events and promotions; maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction; ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures; managing inventory and supplies; performing administrative tasks such as reporting and record-keeping. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; 3+ years of experience in a similar role; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of the door and window industry.
