WAITER - RONCADELLE (BS)

Staff S.p.a., Torino branch, is seeking and selecting for a major commercial restaurant chain, A WAITER, for a restaurant located in RONCADELLE (BS). The ideal resource, in possession of a 360-degree knowledge of the service, will have the task of managing the dining room team to ensure the success of an excellent customer service; to this end, it will be responsible for the following activities: · Customer reception; . Table range management with turnistic preparation; · Preparation of tables and chairs; · Management of table settings and tablecloths; · Management of tableware and cutlery; · Management of wine and beverage service; · Management of dessert and coffee service; · Management of special requests and customer needs; · Management of cash register and payment processing; · Management of inventory and supplies; · Management of staff and team coordination; · Management of customer satisfaction and feedback; . The resource will have to be able to work in a fast-paced environment, be able to multitask, and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma and 2-3 years of experience in the hospitality industry.
