Responsible of Cold Stamping Department

Osmosi S.p.A. Labour Agency, Seregno Branch, is seeking for a leading company in the sector of cold stamping of sheet metal and production of metallic small parts an RESPONSABLE OF COLD STAMPING DEPARTMENT The ideal candidate has gained significant experience in the cold stamping of sheet metal, will manage 20 machines with a production of approximately 80 million pieces per year, taking care of: - coordination of two shifts - organization of the department - programming of work according to priorities defined by the planning - management of shift leaders and operators - coordination with other departments (planning, equipment, maintenance, quality ...) - development of technologies and department efficiencies Competences required - ability to manage personnel - previous operational experience in the metalworking sector, preferably in cold stamping - diploma degree in mechanical engineering (or professional training and on-the-job training of equal level) - knowledge of mechanical design - knowledge of transfer and progressive dies - knowledge of trimming, pouring, punching, matrix, strips, coils - knowledge of mechanical presses - use of PC (Excel, email, management program) Excellent communication, organizational, and relational skills Other information: Place of work: Arosio (vicinity).
