QuoJobis SpA – Job Agency – is seeking a Production Manager for a leading company in the rubber and plastic sector. The resource will be responsible for coordinating the production team, supervising planning, quality, safety, and environment. Programming and controlling production on order, monitoring times and priorities. Promoting performance and continuous improvement of production processes. Reading and interpreting technical designs, supporting the team in resolving issues related to product development, process optimization, and supply chain management. Developing and implementing strategies for improving productivity, reducing costs, and increasing customer satisfaction. Collaborating with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination. Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
