PRODUCTION RESPONSIBLE

Orienta Spa Società Benefit, Pordenone branch, is seeking a PRODUCTION RESPONSIBLE for an electric sector client. The figure will have the task of managing and coordinating the entire production process, ensuring compliance with times, costs, and quality standards, with particular attention to department efficiency and workplace safety. RESPONSIBILITIES: - Plan and manage production based on orders and company priorities. - Coordinate department heads and workers, optimizing resources, times, and workflow. - Monitor productivity and performance indicators (KPIs), identifying corrective actions. - Promote continuous process improvement. - Manage ordinary and extraordinary maintenance of production facilities. - Ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures. REQUIREMENTS: - Technical diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or Management. - Consolidated experience (minimum 3-5 years) in production responsibility roles, ideally in the electric sector. - Knowledge of cabling, assembly, and testing processes for electrical products. - Organizational, planning, and personnel management skills. - Familiarity with main IT tools and software (ERP, MES, Power BI). - Leadership, problem-solving, and results-oriented skills.
