PRODUCTION RESPONSIBLE

TODAY'S WORK S.p.A., Parma Branch, is seeking a PRODUCTION RESPONSIBLE for a wood processing company. The resource will be responsible for: - Carrying out operational and strategic management of the plant. - Supervising and coordinating production activities, ensuring compliance with quality standards and current regulations. - Planning and programming production, optimizing resource utilization and maximizing efficiency. - Managing and motivating operational personnel by promoting a positive and collaborative work environment. - Ensuring compliance with hygiene-sanitary norms and workplace safety. - Interacting with surveillance bodies/external entities. - Monitoring and controlling the functioning of machines and productive installations, intervening in case of anomalies. Requirements: - Minimum 3-5 years' experience in the role. - Ability to plan and program production. - Technical skills on machines and productive installations. - Experience in managing operational personnel. What We Offer: - Working hours: Full-time on three shifts. - Location: San Polo di Torrile. - Contract: fixed-term contract with a view to permanent employment, as per OGGI LAVORO S.p.A.
