Production Responsible

Humangest Spa, Atessa branch, selects a PRODUCTION RESPONSIBLE to coordinate and optimize activities in departments: - Thermoplastic Injection Molding (PA, PP, ABS...). - Production of Tubing and Cables (steel laminating, spiralizing, extruding, stiffening). The resource will ensure the achievement of production objectives (pieces, productivity, scrap, efficiency) through KPI monitoring, personnel and equipment management, constant supervision, and continuous improvement. Main responsibilities: - Planning and managing production programs using a software system and comparing with internal entities. - Coordinating internal resources and external/outsourced companies. - Monitoring technical materials and consumables. - Supervising production plans and achieving targets. - Collaborating with engineering for continuous improvement activities. - Verifying quality and safety standards. - Managing inventory and semi-finished products using company software. Required qualifications: - Min. 5 years in industrial/automotive sector in a production coordination role. - Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering/Mechatronics or Technical Diploma with equivalent experience. Technical skills: - Reading projects and specifications. - Solid management skills, result-oriented. - Knowledge of process tools (Problem Solving, 4M, 5W&1H, 5Why, 5S). - Excellent knowledge of industrial KPIs (productivity, scrap, OEE...). - Excellent MS Office proficiency. - Use of software systems. - Good English language skills.
