PRODUCTION RESPONSIBLE

Direzione Lavoro Group Spa (Authorization Min.0001 of 21/1/19), Fossombrone Branch, is seeking a PRODUCTION RESPONSIBLE The figure sought will be responsible for performing the following tasks: - Collection, analysis, and interpretation of production data, report elaboration. - Monitoring and improvement of productive KPIs. - Monitoring of production costs and corrective interventions for corporate profitability. - Analysis of process performance to ensure efficiency, also through the implementation of new strategies and procedures. - Supervision of processes to ensure adherence to company standards. Requisiti: - Bachelor's degree in economic disciplines, Engineering Management or related fields. - Experience with at least 5 years as a production responsible. - Attitude towards managing collaborators. - Good mastery of the Office package, ERP management software, and data analysis tools (Tableau, PBI). - Competences in accounting/budget/statistical analysis. - Fluency in English language.
