PRODUCTION MANAGER

The figure will be responsible for managing the production activities of the plant and coordinating the resources dedicated to the production departments.

Reporting directly to Operations Management, they will have a central role in ensuring the achievement of productivity, quality, efficiency, and on-time delivery objectives.

Responsibilities

• Organization and supervision of production activities;
• Coordination of department managers and operational teams;
• Planning of activities according to production schedules;
• Monitoring of order progress;
• Analysis of key production indicators and definition of corrective actions;
• Optimization of production flows and processing times;
• Collaboration with the Technical Office, Quality, Maintenance, and Logistics departments;
• Management of issues related to production capacity, timings, and priorities;
• Introduction and development of continuous improvement methodologies;
• Support for Management in defining investments and efficiency improvement interventions.

Requirements

• Technical diploma or Degree in Engineering;
• At least 10 years of experience in a production environment;
• Experience gained in metalworking companies or manufacturing realities;
• Experience in managing people and work groups;
• Knowledge of key production KPIs;
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles is preferred;
• Good ability to use management systems and planning tools;
• Leadership, decision-making skills, and an aptitude for managing priorities.

We offer

• Direct employment with the company on a permanent contract;
• Indicative salary range: €50,000 – €55,000 per year.
