Production Manager

Adecco Italia Adecco Italia spa is seeking a Production Manager for a leading company in the design and production of industrial machinery with medium to large dimensions located near Mondovi. The sought-after resource will work alongside the current Officina Direction and be responsible for managing and coordinating personnel from various internal departments at the production plant to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met. Additionally, the resource will be entrusted with managing, monitoring, and updating personnel in compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations and ensuring proper execution of quality procedures and delivery programs. Required qualifications for the role: Consolidated technical background in the mechanical field. Reading and interpreting drawings, pneumatic and hydraulic systems, and technologies such as cutting, welding, and painting; Previous experience in responsible and coordinating roles in a production and industrial context with traditional CNC machines of large dimensions; Attitude to problem-solving; Excellent organizational and programming skills for urgent/priority tasks; Outstanding communication and relational skills; Flexibility and adaptability. Direct insertion into the company is offered, with indefinite employment contract. Job classification and remuneration will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Work location: near Mondovi (CN) Working hours: full-time daily. Responsibilities: Specifically, the following activities will be assigned to the selected candidate: Supervise the activity performed by various production departments of carpentry, electrical welding, machine tooling, painting, assembly, and final testing; Respect delivery targets and constantly interface with department heads and technical office for resolving any issues; Ensure that all employees follow standard guidelines in the field of health and safety; Establish production objectives in constant consultation with management and department heads; Provide motivation, support, and guidance to all employees and manage their related activities on site; Communicate any problems or obstacles to management.
