Store Manager

We are a leading company in the home furnishings sector, with a strong focus on design quality and product customization. We offer tailor-made furnishing solutions for every need, and we are looking for a new resource to join us as Store Manager for our showroom in GROSSETO. If you have experience in the furniture sector and strong managerial skills as well as a passion for design, this is the opportunity for you!

As Store Manager, you will be the point of reference for customers and the sales team. Your duties will include both consultative and managerial aspects:

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Welcome and Consultation: You will welcome customers, listening to their needs and guiding them in choosing furnishing products, offering tailor-made solutions.
• Furniture Design: You will use design software to create customized 3D solutions, presenting detailed quotes to customers.
• Operational and Commercial Management: You will manage the daily operations of the store, coordinating resources, monitoring sales, and ensuring that revenue targets are met.
• Coordination and Leadership: Supervision and management of the sales team, organization of logistics, and optimization of operational processes within the point of sale.
• Economic Control: Monitoring the financial performance of the store, including costs and margins, to ensure compliance with budgets and profitability objectives.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• At least 2 years of experience in the furniture sector, preferably in consultative or sales roles, with good knowledge of products and design trends.
• Skills in team coordination and operational management of a retail store.
• Excellent listening skills and customer relationship management abilities.
• Strong orientation towards achieving goals and commercial aptitude.
• Proficiency in main 3D design software.
• Ability in economic management and sales performance control.
• Passion for design and furniture, combined with problem-solving skills and managerial aptitude.
