Information about the company We are looking for a Maintenance Responsible for our next opening MASSERIA FURNIRUSSI, 5-star hotel in Puglia that will open in the course of 2026 with the Emblems by Accor brand. MASSERIA FURNIRUSSI, Emblems Collection is a masseria in Salento reinterpreted that offers an fascinating journey into the cultural soul of Puglia. Surrounded by an extensive botanical garden, it is just 20 minutes away from the Adriatic Sea and Otranto, and half an hour from Lecce. Immersed in the heart of the countryside, our hotel will be a unique destination for those seeking relaxation and well-being. The Maintenance Responsible will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of all hotel facilities, including the restaurant, bar, spa, and fitness center. He/She will also be required to coordinate with external suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods and services. The ideal candidate should have a degree in hospitality management or a related field, and at least 3 years of experience in a similar role. Knowledge of Italian language is essential.
