Warehouse Manager

Ali spa, Empoli branch, is seeking a prestigious industrial leader in the territory to guide the efficiency of logistics in a context where organization meets technological innovation. What you will be responsible for: The resource will be the hub of internal supply chain, coordinating activities such as receipt, storage, and shipment. Specifically: - Coordinating and supervising the warehouse team (shifts, workload, performance). - Optimizing warehouse layout and managing inventory to minimize production downtime. - Monitoring logistics KPIs and direct interface with the procurement office and production. - Supervising safety procedures and maintenance of transportation equipment. The profile we are looking for: - Has at least 5-8 years of experience in a similar role in structured productive or logistical contexts. - Possesses strong knowledge of management systems (ERP/WMS) and inventory rotation logic. - Demonstrates natural leadership skills and operational problem-solving abilities. - Seeks a long-term project with a retributive package commensurate with experience (indicative RAL 35K-40K) and benefits linked to results achieved.
