Ali Lavoro, a temporary employment agency specializing in the administration, search and selection of personnel, present in Italy for over thirty years and part of an international HR platform, W Group, is planning a challenging development plan that will lead to the inclusion of new Branch Managers in Lombardy: we are looking for professionals in the sector in various Lombardy provinces who want to get involved and play a leading role within the company and the local context of reference.

What will you be doing?

You can be our entrepreneur in the reference territory, stimulating your team to grow and develop, finding satisfaction in guiding your branch to success.

Specifically:

• you will analyze the assigned market by designing action plans in order to promote multi-business and cross-selling of company HR services;
• you will organize and define individual and team priorities to ensure the achievement of branch objectives;
• you will have the opportunity to develop and directly manage the relationship with your customers, active and prospective;
• you will offer your HR consultancy promoting the Group's differentiated services;
• you will be a point of reference for the main local stakeholders.

Requirements

Your profile

• you have previous experience in roles of responsibility and commercial at HR service companies, preferably in a temporary employment agency;
• you have an in-depth knowledge of the reference territory;
• you have organizational and problem-solving skills;
• entrepreneurship and results orientation distinguish you;
• you have experience in managing a team;
• you have developed confidence with management tools and an aptitude for effective communication on social media.
