Commercial Branch Manager

San Carlo Food Group, market leader in the Chips and Snacks sector, is looking for a RESPONSABLE di FILIALE for the MELEGnano (MI) territory that will be responsible for ensuring the achievement of sales and distribution targets through: coordinating the dedicated sales force composed of monomandatari agents engaged in direct sales building action plans to increase presence in the territory based on policies and strategies aimed at increasing market share and customer loyalty, as well as monitoring and controlling the performance of the branch, identifying opportunities for growth and implementing initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce costs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial management, with experience in sales and distribution, and excellent communication and leadership skills.
