Branch Manager – Salon Chief

Grandi Auto S.p.A. – A network of official dealerships with a solid presence in the Piedmont region, representing Stellantis and DR Automobiles group brands. For the Asti branch – the only official seat for the DR group in the province – the company is investing in an important commercial development project. Main responsibilities The Branch Manager – Salon Chief will be the reference figure for the Asti sales point, with operational and managerial roles, and the following responsibilities: - Direct sale of new vehicles, with a personal target of 5-6 units per month - Coordination of two sales consultants, with commercial support and performance monitoring - Training and support for a junior figure already present in the branch - Operational supervision of the showroom: stock control, image care, lead management, and local activities - Direct contacts with the workshop and post-sales to ensure process coherence and service quality - Collaboration with the Management Department to develop marketing actions and territorial presence (exhibitions, fairs, events) - Commercial reporting and monitoring of key performance indicators for the branch. Skills and experience The ideal candidate presents the following profile: - Solid experience in automotive sales, with ability to manage negotiations and closures independently - Experience or attitude towards managing small teams - Organizational skills, practical spirit, and strong sense of responsibility - Knowledge of the Asti territory (preferable), or willingness to move from nearby areas (e.g. Turin) - Initiative, commercial vision, and goal-oriented approach - Familiarity with CRM and digital sales tools.
