Site Manager for Electrical Installations

Hunters Group is seeking a Site Manager for an electrical installation company located in the province of Varese to manage sites, technical teams and operational activities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate work crews and subcontractors.

• Prioritize site activities and monitor work progress.

• Manage materials, supplies and storage.

• Ensure quality, safety and compliance with project specifications.

• Supervise measurements, testing and technical documentation.

Skills

• In-depth knowledge of electrical installations (BT/MT, industrial, civil, special).

• Familiarity with electrical diagrams, distribution panels, cabling, automation.

• Knowledge of technical standards (CEI, UNI) and safety regulations (D.Lgs. 81/08).

• Ability to interpret executive projects and technical documentation.

• Use of measurement tools: multimeters, amperometric probes, insulation testers.

• Basic knowledge of special installations (fire prevention, video surveillance, data networks).

• Gestional and operational skills

• Ability to write and apply POS, emergency plans and safety procedures. (Not mandatory)

• Vigilance on respecting electrical safety regulations (Works under tension, CEI 11-27).

• Management of technical documentation (declarations of conformity, test reports, certifications).

• Multi-year experience in electrical installations.

• PES/PAV certification (CEI 11-27).

• Preposto/dirigente safety course (D.Lgs. 81/08).

• Licence and availability for travel.

• Excellent leadership and personnel coordination skills.

• Rapid and effective problem-solving.

• Good communication skills for interacting with clients, designers and site managers.

• Stress management and handling of typical construction site surprises.

• Precision and result-oriented mindset.
