YOUR ROLE
In view of expanding our teams, we are looking for a Site Manager – Cabin Area Manager to join one of our important partner companies operating in the construction and fitting-out of luxury boats.
The resource will work on board a ship at the Marghera shipyard, managing activities related to approximately 150 cabins. They will be responsible for the coordination of the workforce, supervision of work, tracing of perimeters, and quality control, ensuring the correct progress of shipyard activities.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate shipyard activities related to the construction and fitting-out of cabins on board the ship;
- Operationally manage assigned resources, ensuring effective coordination of daily activities;
- Supervise tracing activities and definition of cabin perimeters directly on the steel structure;
- Verify the correct execution of work and ensure compliance with the required quality standards;
- Monitor the progress of activities, identifying any critical issues and intervening promptly for their resolution.
️ Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in roles such as Site Manager, Area Manager, or similar;
- Previous experience in shipyard environments;
- Concrete experience in the naval sector, preferably in the fitting-out or construction of large vessels;
- Experience in managing and coordinating teams of workers;
- Availability to work from Monday to Friday and to provide availability on Saturday mornings when required by the project.
What we offer?
The base salary for this role ranges between €35,000 and €45,000.
The position is classified within the CCNL Commercio e Terziario (National Collective Bargaining Agreement for Commerce and Services) applied by our company. The positioning within the range will be defined based on technical skills, specific experience in the role, and the outcomes of the selection process, according to objective and neutral criteria. In the presence of profiles with exceptional characteristics compared to the indicated range, a review may be considered with prior internal approval.
