SAP S/4HANA Training Lead

Assume the role of Training Lead and take responsibility for the entire training process in the implementation of S/4HANA. Develop a well-studied training concept up to the final level of the user and implement it effectively together with an expert in the field. Train trainers in various areas and ensure knowledge transfer. For the realization of the S4Hana implementation, manage the training process on all scales and provide for the necessary resources and infrastructure. Ensure that all employees involved in the project are properly trained and have the necessary skills to perform their tasks efficiently. Coordinate with stakeholders to identify training needs and develop a comprehensive training plan. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the training program and make adjustments as needed. Provide guidance and support to ensure successful implementation of S/4HANA.
