SEMP251 Employment Service (SEMP) Responsible for Surveillance Sector (ORCT) at 80% SEMP251 Employment Service (SEMP) The SEMP ensures, together with political, economic, and social actors, the balanced development of the labor market, and is composed of two offices: The Office of Labor Market and Working Conditions (ORCT) Referring directly to the ORCT head, manage human resources for the surveillance sector and coordinate all missions that take place within it in accordance with the principles of equality, fairness, and transparency. Ensure the implementation of policies and strategies aimed at promoting employment opportunities, reducing unemployment rates, and improving working conditions. Develop and implement programs to support job seekers, employers, and other stakeholders. Collaborate with other SEMP offices and external partners to achieve common goals. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented initiatives. Provide technical assistance and guidance to ORCT staff members. Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and international standards.
