Michael Page The resource will work at the general management office and report to the Administrative Director, being responsible for preparing, managing, and supervising the annual budget of the bank, ensuring compliance with civil and banking regulations. It will be in charge of supervising general accounting and preparing monthly and annual closing accounts. Additionally, it will prepare periodic reports, notes, and presentations for management; collaborate with internal functions and external auditors to ensure the accuracy and transparency of financial data; and supervise vigilance reporting. Furthermore, it will be the outsourcer representative for the commercial study, evaluating and managing operational process analysis, accepting or proposing proactive inputs to optimize processes. The ideal candidate has a master's degree in economic disciplines and after an initial period of training at a commercial studio, has acquired specific experience of at least five years in this role at: banking, financial, or consulting companies. Important elements include knowledge of national and international accounting principles (OIC, IAS/IFRS) and banking regulations, as well as compliance with Bank of Italy requirements. Additionally, valuable assets include: - Analytical skills, collaboration orientation; - Strong autonomous management and organizational skills, combined with confidentiality and reliability; - Ability to develop and manage change; - Mastery of main software tools (accounting management software).
