Responsible Coordinator for Elderly Home

IL CIGNO COOP.SOC.LE s.c.a r.l The Social Cooperative Il Cigno is seeking a figure of Coordinamento dei Servizi Complessi for Elderly (Elderly Home) to be placed on the territory of Cesena. Applications from people in possession of different educational titles, provided they are accompanied by a curriculum formativo and professionale adequate for the role, in accordance with regional and national regulations. The selected figure will operate with autonomy and responsibility on all main activities of human resource management, including turnistic planning and personnel presence management, with particular attention to aspects related to the management, training, and development of people, in collaboration with area assistants and health professionals. The resource will report directly to the Technical Direction and coordinate the nursing staff, operators, and social workers, the auxiliary and animating staff of the Elderly Home. The sought-after profile is that of a professional person, competent, flexible, and dynamic, preferably with previous experience in coordination roles matured in assistance and/or health contexts. The valid degrees for external access to the coordination role are: - Bachelor's degree in Social Service; - Bachelor's degree in Professional Education issued in accordance with D.M. 8 October 1998, n. 520 and subsequent modifications; - Bachelor's degree in Education Sciences (class L-19), with a curriculum of studies and training consistent with the role; - Bachelor's degree in Psychological Sciences; - Bachelor's degree in Nursing; - Bachelor's degree in Sociology. On a professional level, a combination of proactivity, operational skills, management skills, social openness, and flexibility is required. Completing the profile is a good organizational capacity, excellent stress management, and a solid team work attitude. The contractual framework and remuneration will be commensurate with the actual experience gained, which will be deepened during the selection process.
