IQM selection, a head-hunting company that has been accompanying Companies and Professionals in their growth for 20 years with an ethical, consultative, and highly attentive approach to the value of people, is seeking a: QUALITY CONTROL RESPONSIBLE FILATI Tasks to be performed: The ideal candidate will be able to perform, in complete autonomy, the following activities: Ensure compliance with quality standards, current regulations, and rules; Conduct regular audits and inspections to verify the quality of products and processes; Develop and implement procedures for monitoring and controlling product quality; Collaborate with production departments to identify and resolve any issues related to product quality; Provide training and guidance to production staff on quality control procedures; Ensure that all documentation related to product quality is accurate, complete, and up-to-date; Maintain a high level of attention to detail and organizational skills; Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively with colleagues; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively; Familiarity with ISO 9001:2015 standards; Experience in the textile industry, preferably in quality control or assurance roles; Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Textile Technology, or related field; Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role; Strong knowledge of quality control procedures and regulations; Ability to work independently and as part of a team; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines; Experience with MS Office and Google Suite is an asset.
