For our Legnano headquarters, we are looking for a Management Control Manager, who, reporting to the Director of Administration, Finance, and Control, will oversee the Group's economic-financial planning, control, and reporting system, supporting management in strategic and operational decisions.

Responsibilities will include:

• Coordinating the Group's budgeting, forecasting, and economic-financial planning processes;
• Preparing monthly management closings (Income Statement);
• Developing periodic management reporting for the leadership team and participating in regular meetings with company functions;
• Developing and monitoring economic, financial, and operational KPIs to measure company performance;
• Ensuring profitability analyses by product, customer, project, and channel, with support for pricing and investment policies;
• Supporting the financial statement closing in collaboration with the Administration department;
• Developing and automating management control processes through the implementation, integration, and constant updating of Business Intelligence systems, dashboards, and reporting tools, in order to improve the reliability, timeliness, and effectiveness of analyses supporting business decisions.

Requirements:

• Degree in Economics or related fields;
• Several years of experience in management control, preferably in structured companies characterized by a network of sales points or operating units;
• Direct experience in budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and variance analysis processes;
• Proficiency in general accounting principles;
• Proficient knowledge of MS Excel;
• Ability to build and develop relationships.

• Total Compensation: € 50,000 - € 60,000. The salary range is defined based on objective and neutral criteria, including role responsibilities, skills, market benchmarks, and internal consistency with compensation policies.
