Commercial Responsible

Synergy, a French multinational leader in the Human Resources sector for over 50 years and recognized as a market player in 16 countries worldwide, selects a Commercial Responsible to expand and strengthen its internal staff on the Saronno branch. The resource, reporting directly to the Territory Manager, will be responsible for developing the client network, activating the appropriate channels and tools; offering support and solutions to clients; identifying new business opportunities; negotiating contracts and agreements; managing relationships with key stakeholders; ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures; maintaining accurate records of sales activities; analyzing market trends and competitor activity; providing insights and recommendations to improve business performance. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Business Administration or related field, at least 3 years of experience in commercial roles, excellent communication and negotiation skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite, knowledge of CRM systems and data analysis tools.
