REAL ESTATE AGENCY RESPONSABLE

LHH For our client's company, a specialized advisory and real estate agency, we are looking for the figure of REAL ESTATE AGENCY RESPONSABLE. The role involves being responsible for defining and implementing the commercial strategy of the company, with particular focus on the world of agency/used, ensuring coordination between all internal departments to maximize sales performance and optimize the commercial process. Responsibilities - Development and implementation of the commercial strategy; - Coordination, supervision, and active management of the entire sales process; - Management and potential enhancement of the sales team; - Identification of new business opportunities; - Constant interaction with internal departments (marketing, technical, analysis team, customer care, and call center). Your Profile - Bachelor's degree in Economics, Engineering Management or related fields; - At least 8 years of experience in commercial roles in the real estate sector, with focus on the agency world. Provenance from structured companies specialized in advisory and real estate commercialization. Additional experience in new residential as well as used residential will be a plus; - In-depth knowledge of the Milanese and national residential luxury market; - Negotiation and relationship management skills with clients and stakeholders; - Experience in managing and coordinating complex teams; - Knowledge of English.
