Job description
We are looking for a Junior Site Manager - France to manage projects related to protective and anti-corrosive coating treatments in the hydroelectric, oil&gas, and industrial sectors.
Location: France
The resource will be responsible for coordinating projects, taking care of operational planning of the site and its supervision.
Main responsibilities:
- Project Management
- Site logistics study
- Coordination of operations (from site preparation to delivery of works)
- Coordination of the commissioning team
- Interface with internal departments and clients
Required qualifications:
- Diploma in electrical/mechanical engineering
- Technical drawing reading skills
- Fluent French and English language skills (B2 level)
- Availability for travel exceeding 70% of the time
- B driving license
- Experience in international construction site contexts (2/3 years)
- Technical organizational problem-solving skills
Techincal skills required:
- Knowledge of workplace safety regulations
- Ability to manage resources and project timelines
- Use of project management software
