Deli Counter Manager

For a client company operating in the large-scale retail sector, we are looking for, for the Busto Arsizio store, with a view to growth and development, a resource to be assigned to the deli counter.

The ideal candidate must have had significant previous experience in structured environments in deli departments with the role of manager/department head.

The resource will be responsible for:

· Receiving and checking goods, managing stock;

· Organizing, participating in, the unloading of products during supplier delivery;

· Ensuring daily product quality control and expiration monitoring;

· Ensuring department restocking;

· Assisting the customer in weighing bulk products, advising them on purchases;

· Undertaking and ensuring the setup and dismantling of promotional activities;

· Organizing, participating in, inventory activities;

· Organizing the work of salespeople based on daily customer flow;

· Training and integrating new employees;

· Organizing, participating in, the cleaning of departments and premises;

· Ensuring compliance with procedures;

· Correctly applying food safety and workplace safety regulations;

· Managing reporting;

· Managing margin.

The ideal candidate possesses the following requirements:

• Experience in the role of at least 3 years gained in structured large-scale retail environments;
• Precision and punctuality;
• Ability in team management.

Employment contract: Full-time

The offered gross annual salary is between €30,000 and €33,000
