Site Manager – Railway Rolling Stock Maintenance

Company: AGAP2 Italia Workplace: Voghera (PV) POSITION Site Manager – Railway Rolling Stock Maintenance For a railway plant in Voghera, we are looking for a Site Manager to oversee activities of painting, varnishing and operational revision of rolling stock. The figure ensures compliance with contractual times (TdA), the Client's qualitative standards and railway safety regulations, coordinating personnel and directly interfacing with the Customer. RESPONSABILITIES Provide technical support to the site team; Ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with the quality and safety standards set by the Client; Manage and coordinate the activities of the site team; Ensure compliance with contractual times (TdA); Coordinate with the Client to ensure that all requirements are met; Ensure that all documentation is accurate and up-to-date. REQUIREMENTS High school diploma or equivalent; 5 years of experience in a similar role; Knowledge of railway safety regulations; Ability to work independently and as part of a team; Strong communication skills; Ability to manage and coordinate activities; Ability to ensure compliance with contractual times (TdA).
