Michael Page A reports directly to the owner and GM, the figure will coordinate a team of three people and be responsible for the entire Administration, Accounting, and Management Control department. Specifically, it will take charge of activities such as: - Complete management of administrative and accounting activities, ensuring compliance with fiscal and civil laws. - Supervision of the budget, preparation of financial reports, and economic analysis. - Implementation and monitoring of the management control system, with cost and margin analysis. - Coordination of the administrative team and collaboration with other company functions. - Support to the Management in defining economic-financial strategies. - Consolidated experience in similar roles, preferably in the hospitality or structured companies sector. - Excellent knowledge of general accounting, budget, and fiscal regulations. - Analysis, problem-solving, and result-oriented skills. - Knowledge of main management software and Microsoft Office package.
