Head of Breakfast Buffet Staff

Synergie Italia S.p.A. - Employment Agency, is looking for an important hotel facility in Caserta a resource to be inserted in the role of:

HEAD OF BREAKFAST BUFFET STAFF

The selected resource will be responsible for managing the breakfast service and, in particular, will be responsible for:

- preparation and setting up of the breakfast buffet;

- constant replenishment of the buffet during service; welcoming and assisting guests, ensuring attentive and professional service;

- verification of the correct presentation and arrangement of products; control of stocks and reporting of replenishment needs;

- coordination with the kitchen and with the dining room staff to ensure efficient and punctual service.

What do we offer?

- Initial fixed-term contract of 6 months in temporary employment, with the subsequent possibility of direct hiring by the company.

- Working hours: part-time, 30 hours per week, spread over 6 days out of 7, for a total of 5 hours per day, with the shift starting indicatively between 5:30 AM and 6:00 AM.

- Classification: CCNL Tourism - Confindustria, with an insertion level, evaluated based on the candidate's experience, including Level C1 - C3: approximately 800 euros net per month.

The ideal candidate possesses:

- previous experience in the hotel and/or catering sector, preferably gained in breakfast service;

- good knowledge of the English language;

- excellent organizational skills and attention to detail; willingness to work in the early morning hours, on weekends, and on public holidays.

Workplace: Caserta (CE)
