Ideal Candidate

• Higher education in a technical field. Specialization in the electrical field is an advantage.

• Field experience: minimum 2 years in the energy sector. Experience in project management and/or in the design of photovoltaic panel systems and in sales is an advantage.

• Personnel coordination experience: minimum 1 year.

• Legislation knowledge: with impact in the field of activity.

• Foreign language knowledge: English—conversational level.

• IT knowledge: MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook).

• Driving license category B.

• Mobility: travel, business trips.

Job Description

Coordinates at the level of the area of responsibility (50% of working time):

• Revision and inspection activities and the delivery of specialized, efficient, and quality services in the area of responsibility;

• Periodic technical inspection activities of heating appliances powered by solid, liquid, or gaseous fuel, hot water boilers with power P≤400 kW and low-pressure steam boilers with flow rate Q≤0.6 t/h and burners with gaseous and/or liquid fuel (VTP), including the construction, operation, and maintenance of this activity to ensure its efficient operation;

• Maintenance activities of appliances falling under PTA1 to ensure customer safety and comfort;

• Repair and intervention activities for low-voltage electrical installations and related equipment;

• Activities for E.ON projects:

  • heating systems and thermal power plants

  • air conditioning systems

  • photovoltaic panel systems and other company or E.ON Group projects.

• Monitors customer retention rate, minimization of customer churn, and is concerned with increasing the customer portfolio as well as ensuring customer satisfaction regarding the services delivered;

• Manages, receives, and distributes work orders from the applications and interfaces used to E.ON Asist Complet experts and/or subcontractors;

• Efficiently distributes tasks received in its area of responsibility and manages resources according to priority and activity volumes;

• Is responsible for achieving the budgeted revenue for the coordinated area;

• Monitors the indicators of the coordinated area and ensures the implementation of corrective actions.

Activities in the Photovoltaic Systems Area

• Presents the advantages of a photovoltaic panel system to potential clients and closes the accepted offer (obtained by Call Center) by signing a contract for the installation of photovoltaic panel systems.

• Plans photovoltaic system assessments and installations and monitors the progress of these works;

• Manages the stocks of equipment and accessories for the installations for which it is responsible;

• Monitors and updates the database with specific information for the photovoltaic panel system installation activity;

• Coordinates the installation teams (own and/or third-party companies);

• Participates in the quantitative and qualitative acceptance of installed photovoltaic systems and signs the acceptance protocol upon commissioning;

• Performs the annual verification/diagnosis activity of photovoltaic systems installed in the E.ON Asist Complet portfolio;

• Ensures/coordinates the activity of replacing equipment and potential repairs during the warranty period.
