Job description
Responsibilities:
- Developing the manufacturing schedule and coordinating resources (human and material) to ensure production flow and avoid bottlenecks.
- Managing subordinate personnel (operators, foremen, technicians), establishing work schedules, training on work and safety standards.
- Ensuring optimal operation of machinery through preventive and predictive maintenance, and maintaining a work environment in accordance with occupational health and safety (OHS) standards.
- Managing the polyvalence process of operators;
- Participating in daily/periodic meetings and audits;
- Monitoring and adhering to the action plan;
Requirements:
- Higher education (technical – is an advantage)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an automotive industry factory
- At least 2 years of previous experience in a similar role (Production Manager/Supervisor)
- Good PC skills (MS Office, reports, ERP)
- Good communication and team coordination skills (operators and technicians)
- Analytical ability and solution-orientation
- English language – intermediate level (written and spoken)
